Where can I find the owner's manual or firmware updates for the product I purchased?
Use the menus above to navigate to the product you purchased - just under the product picture you will see some clickable tabs. Click on the support tab - the owner's manual and any software updates that are available will be there. For tutorials click on the How To tab.
Can you ship to my country and how much will it cost?
We can ship to any country where the US Post Office or FedEx will deliver. The US Post will delivery just about anywhere in the world. The cost of shipping very much depends on what is ordered and wehere it is being shipped. Delivery via the US Post Priority Mail generally takes 7 to 10 business days. We also offer FedEx if you are in a hurry. You can get an exact shipping quote by adding the products you want to your cart the click the shopping cart button in the upper right and choose view cart.  This will take you to a page that has a shipping cost estimator on it. Enter your country, state or province and your postal code. The website will then show you the available shipping options listed with pricing.
What types of payment do you accept?
Our online store will accept PayPal or any major credit card, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We can also accept bank transfers by request.
Does Cognisys have any international dealers?

Will you declare my package as a gift?
Unfortunately we are not able to declare your package as a gift. Aside from being against the law, we send all of our packages fully insured and we are only able to insure the package for the declared value of the package.
