Shutter Interface Switch (RCA)

Use this cable as the interface between your camera and StopShot, StopShot Studio, StackShot, StackShot 3X, or the RangeIR. One end of the cable is camera specific (see chart below) and the other end is an RCA (Cinch) connector.

This cable was primarily designed as an interface between your camera and the RangeIR and StopShot for high speed triggering of your camera but it will also work with StackShot. It is extremely useful for keeping shutter lag to a minimum for Canon users and it will allow StopShot to wake up your camera from sleep mode. It also gives a method of quickly disconnecting and connecting our controllers from your camera, very useful for setting up sensors.

This cable is not compatible with our Sabre or Scout line of products. Both Scout and Sabre offer independent control of both 1/2 press and full press, so the functionality of this switch is built into the controllers. For Scout and Sabre compatible shutter cables click here.

Note: When using this switch with StackShot use the Sleep position for stacking - this will allow review of your images when stacking is complete.

Cable length is 3 m (9 ft). 1 m from camera connector to the switch and 2m from the switch to the RCA.
