Scout Camera Box Quick Release Kit

Both versions of the camera box now include this clamp.  If however, you have an older foam version of the camera box you can replace the foam in your camera box with a more secure mounting method, this clamp and plate. This kit includes:

1 - 120 mm long quick-release clamp
1 - 70 mm long quick-release plate for camera (not shown)
2 - 10 mm thick x 90 mm long rails - threaded with 9 #10-24 threaded holes
2 - 3.15mm thick spacers for lower profile cameras
4 - #10-24 x 3/8 black button cap hex drive stainless screws with sealing washers to attach mounting brackets
2 - #10-24 x 3/4 flat head hex drive screws to attach QR clamp to rails
1 - 1/8" Allen Key (for #10-24 screws) 1 - Drill template for mounting the rails

When using a small camera body like a Canon Rebel use both included spacers, when using a larger camera like a Canon 6D or Nikon D600 no spacers are required. The same screws can be used to mount the Arca Clamp with or without spacers.
